Your online account isn’t just for reviewing that day’s mail. You can also use it to view past scans. And if you’re done with a piece of mail, you can request that we securely shred it and recycle it.

How to Order Mail Forwarding
Ordering our Texas Mail Forwarding service online is quick and painless when you use our online order form. After signup, we’ll give you an address, often on the same business day. To order mail forwarding service:
- Sign up through our online order form. Pick from one of two plans, and decide if you’d prefer to be billed monthly or annually.
- We’ll assign you an address at our Austin, Texas facility.

How do I view mail images that have been scanned?
Head to your online account and select the piece of mail you want to view. Both sides of each page are scanned in full color by default. View your scanned images at your convenience from any internet-connected device.
How does the digital process work?
Your mail is automatically scanned to your online mailbox. Once the digital copy is uploaded, you can look at it immediately. You can then choose to have the original document securely shredded and recycled at no cost to you.
We don’t take any chances with the security of our customers’ mail. We keep all mail under lock and key in a building under 24/7 surveillance.

Can I get my mail physically forwarded to me?
Yes. You can click to request an original document, then take your pick from our list of carriers and shipping rates. Once you choose, we’ll mail the original to you for $2 plus shipping costs. You’ve got two basic options for physical forwarding.
Option #1: USPS
Don’t mind a bit of a wait? Choose one of our USPS options for the most cost-effective shipping.
Option #2: UPS
Need something quickly? Choose the UPS option for fast and secure overnight delivery. This is the way to go if you want something in your hands without delay.
Storage and Privacy
Once we scan your mail, we’ll keep the physical copies stored securely in our Texas facility for 50 days. If you don’t need any original copies after 50 days, we’ll safely shred and recycle everything for you—keeping your private information safe and sound. Your digital documents stay right there in your online mailbox for whenever you need them.
Please note that due to space, packages are kept for 12 days.
Can I use Sasquatch Mail to have packages shipped to me?
Yes, although you have 12 days from the time we get the package to request forwarding service.
(Note that we do have space limitations, so please don’t order a double-door refrigerator or other large appliance and have it sent to our office.)
If you do opt to have a package shipped, you’ll pay a $12 flat fee plus any applicable shipping costs.
International Mail Forwarding in Texas
