Go to your online mailbox and click on the piece of mail you want to view. The scanned mail will display in color with both sides of each page visible. View your scanned images anytime you please from the secure internet-connected device of your choice.

Your new virtual mailbox is a critical tool for modern mail management, but if you need more, upgrade to our Virtual Office package. The virtual office package comes with unlimited mail scanning plus an office lease. As a bonus, you also get phone service with a local area code.

How do I get mail physically sent to me?
In most instances, scanned digital copies are sufficient. That said, we know there are some cases where you’ll need the physical mail in your possession (like if someone mails you a check). In that case, you can use our “Click to Request” feature to get an original document. Your next move depends on how quickly you want the document to arrive.
Option #1: USPS
USPS is a great option if you want to save a little money on shipping and don’t mind waiting a few days for the physical mail to arrive.
Option #2: UPS
UPS is recommended if you want something in your hands as soon as possible. This is the more costly option, but it’s worth it when you don’t have time to waste.
Storage and Privacy You Can Trust
When mail arrives at your forwarding address here, it is automatically scanned into your online mail account. The original will then be kept at our facility for 50 days, giving you plenty of time to figure out if you need a physical copy mailed to you. If you want us to destroy your mail once you’ve viewed it, we’ll do that for no additional cost.
Your stored mail is safe and secure. We don’t take chances with our customers’ mail, as we keep it under lock and key in a building that’s under around-the-clock surveillance.
Can I use Sasquatch Mail to have packages shipped to me?
Yes. We can forward packages received at our Oregon mail facility to your specified address upon request.
After you’re notified that a package has arrived, you may select your carrier and request shipping through your account.
Please note that package forwarding incurs a $12 handling fee plus postage, and we only hold packages for 12 days to manage space.
