Your mail is scanned to your online mailbox by our team of document specialists. Once the digital copy is uploaded, you can view it immediately. You can then choose to have the original document securely shredded and recycled at no cost to you.

Can I get my mail physically forwarded to me?
Yes. You can click to request an original document, then choose from a list of carriers and shipping rates. After that, we’ll mail the original to you for $2 plus shipping costs. You’ve got two basic options for physical forwarding:
Option #1: USPS
Not in a hurry? Choose the USPS option for the most cost-effective shipping. This works best if you don’t mind waiting a few days for the requested piece of mail.
Option #2: UPS
Don’t want to wait? Choose the UPS option for fast and secure overnight delivery. It will cost more, but it’s worth the price when you need a piece of mail in your possession ASAP.
Storage and Privacy You Can Trust
After your mail is scanned, we’ll keep the original copies stored safely at our New York facility for 50 days. You have until the end of those 50 days to request a copy of the physical original—otherwise we’ll securely shred and recycle all documents, keeping your personal information safe. And no matter what, you’ll always have access to a digital copy in your online mailbox for whenever you need it.

Can I use Sasquatch Mail to have packages shipped to me?
Yes, we can ship smaller packages, and you have 12 days from the time we get the package to request forwarding service.
A $12 flat fee plus shipping costs apply to all package forwarding requests.
